Alain Gachet

Dr. Alain Gachet, CEO and founder of RTI Exploration, is a nuclear physicist specializing in quantum mechanics, mining engineer, petroleum exploration geologist and geophysicist.

After working for twenty years in oil exploration, Alain Gachet made a major change by switching from oil to water. He created RTI (Radar Technologies International) in 1999, to explore deep aquifers around the world, using a groundwater exploration algorithm based on quantum mechanics, remote sensing, geology and geophysics.

Involved as an international expert for USAID, MCC, UNHCR, UNESCO and the USGS as part of the "Science for Diplomacy" program.

As climate change adaptation expert, it is mandated by major international institutions to reveal invisible underground drinking water to ensure water security, food security and reforestation, in conflict-torn areas in Africa and the Middle East.

He is responsible for several major aquifer discoveries in Afghanistan, Iraq, Sudan, Chad, Niger, Togo, Somalia, Kenya, Ethiopia, South Africa, Oman, Costa Rica and Chile. and, most recently all over the entire country of Niger.
